As a technical project manager, we work in close contact with our clients and cooperative partners. Together we develop a project plan that forms the very basis of the project. The project plan is where the definitions of goals and interim goals are determined. We plan which activities are required for the goals to be attained and what resources will be required. As well, a timetable and a budget are prepared.
At TFIP, we set up a project organisation with the resources needed to follow the timetable and to reach our goals, the project manager cooperates closely with the interim project managers during the entire assignment. It is among the project manager’s roles to head the project in order to ensure that the project plan is followed. This involves such things as allocating resources in the project and cooperating with other projects and project managers. The goal is for our employees to have rewarding, productive work where we always deliver smart solutions.
